Each Micro-Infusion Set comes in a high quality gift box containing:

It’s simple: Start by washing your hair. Fill the device with the serum from one glass vial and attach the sterile bristle head. Gently stamp the device onto the areas of concern, moving from your hairline up to your crown. Once finished, remove the cap and massage any remaining serum into your scalp. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing.
Each set includes two complete Micro-Infusion devices with serums — use one every two weeks for best results.

We designed the device to infuse only a small amount of serum with each stamp, this is specifically dosed to invigorate follicles while keeping safety in mind. You'll notice after stamping that there's still serum left over in the device. We recommend unscrewing the cap and massaging the rest of the serum throughout your scalp before washing out after 15 minutes, this is the best way to take advantage of the micro-channels created.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Notifications for order and shipping/tracking will be sent to the email address provided at purchase, or to your contact phone number. Also allow us up to 3 business days before contacting us in case you did not receive your tracking number yet.

We use secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
If you choose to save your card information, your credit card details will be tokenized, encrypted, and stored securely by the third-party gateway, and will be submitted directly to your bank for authorisation.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay & Klarna.

We aim to process your refund within 14 working days after receiving your return at our warehouse.
Once your refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note, it may take up to 5 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If you haven’t received the refund after 5 working days, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
